Annables (Management) Company Limited


The Company was incorporated under the companies act on 11th April 1960. The Directors are unpaid positions, held by volunteers from shareholders, who are the owners of one of the houses. Every house holds one ordinary share valued at £4 enabling shareholders to vote at our AGM. Every house has an equal shareholding in the company. The AGM is held in June. The companies financial year runs from 1st March to 28th February. The annual management levy which is paid by each household is £300. As at January 2018 the company has reserves of circa £24,000.
